Sept 24 – 28, (Sept 25-27 for Locals)
Day 1: Foundations & Connection
9am to 5 pm
You will have an early 7 am Breakfast @ Little Yosemite Lodge, followed by a 15-20 minute truck ride to Willow Belle Ranch. You will be welcomed by Britany and her selected apprentice with introductions to the horses, followed by comprehensive safety training. Participants will be required to sign the standard liability waiver. The day will be focused on building trust and connection through hands-on experiences such as grooming and gentle interaction. The schedule is easy and slow. A guided meditation with the horses will conclude the morning.
About 1pm a creekside lunch will be provided, followed by a facilitated reflection session for the afternoon.
You will be returned to Little Yo’ @ 5pm for 6pm Dinner and free time to relax and enjoy.
Day 2 & 3 are scheduled in a similar way.
Day 2: Partnership & Presence
9am to 5pm
Participants will deepen their connection by partnering with the horses through guided patterns and obstacle work, emphasizing communication, awareness, and collaboration.
The creekside lunch will be followed by group reflection and integration.
The ranch day will conclude with a guided meditation with the horses.
Day 3: Integration and Experience
9am to 5pm
At the final day at Willow Belle Ranch, Britany and her apprentice will offer additional bonding experiences with the horses, with an optional riding opportunity for participants who choose to engage.
The creekside lunch will be followed by group reflection and integration.
A closing meditation with the horses will support integration of the retreat experience.

For out of town participants: We have partnered with Little Yosemite Lodge for guests to have a seamless experience. Guests will arrive on the afternoon of Thursday, September 24 to settle into their rooms at Little Yosemite Lodge on Hoyau Creek. Check in time is 3-5pm. Your retreat begins at 6pm with Dinner prepared by an award winning chef @ Little Yosemite Lodge.

Your tuition is $795 per person, based on shared accommodations. Optional private accommodations are available for an additional $165 per night in vintage airstreams on same property(sleeps one or two people)
September 25, 26, 27 – 9am to 5pm are the dates & times for local participants to be at Willow Belle Ranch. They will go home at night. A creekside lunch at the ranch is included with your tuition of $495 per person. (breakfast & dinner is not included)
We require some important information from you if you are considering coming to this retreat. Please email Britany to provide your weight, height, age & horseback riding experience level. Getting on the back of one of Britany’s horses & riding on the third day is optional.
